There's always side effects to everything. I'd try minoxidil tablets since they are seen way more effective and also consider fin. Fin basically all I take and I don't even take it daily but it has stopped my hair falling out and my hair still thick af. Transplant wise my friend had it done and his s*** looks terrible but I know people who have had it done and it looks good. Research on it

Sheryl's Caribbean cuisine on eg west is good too tho, big menu as well
The real jerk is usually good as well in general But it’s been a few years since I’ve had it

I currently live in Brampton atm but the best I've tried has always been Braised Oxtail from Creole Jamaican Kitchen.
My only issue is that it's very small portions. Gotta ask for extra oxtail.
I love Tropical Joe's Jerk Chicken poutine. It's incredible. Even the one from Rexdale is great.
I always order food from uber eats though LOL.
Portland Jerk is also pretty good for Jerk Chicken.
