If the hair didn’t fall out the follicle, you can use derma roller + minoxidil, or derma roller + topical caffeine or rosemary oil.

These are all effective at recovering thinning hair, but not effective once the hair follicle is permanently gone.

Once that’s gone, your other option is to get a hair transplant in Turkey. That’ll cost about 3k USD and you should do your own research about the clinics. Find something reputable and not a “hair mill”. If they have a million IG followers, avoid.
