Decided to quit last week. Not only does it stain the hell outta your teeth, bad for blood circulation in your mouth and genitals (eventually can contribute to ED) and all the other obvious reasons.

Started out dipping since I was in sports, moved to cigs in college, then started vaping when some time after entering the workforce. All in all a very long time.

Days 2-5 are the worst. But once you get past week 4 it’s smooth sailing. Good luck.
