Decided to quit last week. Not only does it stain the hell outta your teeth, bad for blood circulation in your mouth and genitals (eventually can contribute to ED) and all the other obvious reasons.

Days 2-5 are the worst. But once you get past week 4 it’s smooth sailing. Good luck.

i cop all the time and keep the cartons in my fridge so i never run out of cigs.
