    guns in the past mass shootings in the us have been bought legally. there was an undercover showing how easy it was for a 14 year old to go to a gun show and buy guns.

    the US government has had a hand in the way guns have spread into communities so it’s not completely that criminals know a workaround...

    otherwise other countries where guns are banned or heavily restricted would have more of a problem.

    if criminals are going to get something they are going to get it. i don’t get why this logic should be completely taken into consideration.

    I’m particularly referring to street crime which kills more black people. Not mass shootings, although I completely get what you’re saying.

    If the government is complicit in guns being illegally distributed in the communities currently, why would they no longer be complicit in it after a law making a gun ban?

    I heard sheriffs will tell people to throw weapons on the ground and say the other person had a weapon, you feared for your life, and thus that gives you reason to do what needed to be done.

    If what the victim is saying is 100% true what an awful situation.

    What’s weird is it feels like this isn’t just racism, it’s the politicization of our country. People screaming “Fucking liberals”, racial slurs, and beating harmless people up is where our country is at today
