I agree with everything, but with #6, I feel like someone (whether male or female) is going to sexualize each other in our minds one way or the other. I mean unless you don't care about s***that much, then it won't matter that much to you.

Also it all comes down to self control too, if you don't know how to do that, then you're going to fail in a lot of relationships. I'm learning this myself too, because I want to improve my mind and respect the girls around me.

Well, it’s ok to have sexual attraction. It becomes a problem when your motives become only that, though. Because you’re basically just treating girls as objects in a way. Already strategically thinking about how you can swindle into her pants. Rather than getting to know a person, you only care about sex. You sacrifice yourself, to turn into a fake you to get p****.

As a young guy this is normal. But as you get older, the intentions become internalized. It’s something you have to unlearn.

You will realize a new life and enlightenment when you control these desires correctly. A newfound joy will surround yourself. Everything becomes easier, and also, everything comes back to you. Because you, are ultimately yourself, and now the sexual desires you hunted for come to you naturally.

💯% Agree, I feel like a lot of relationships fail due to the fact that many of us don't want to build a relationship with someone. Like they're in it for their own selfish pleasures like s***instead of being in it for companionship and learning about each other's strengths and weaknesses. If we get past that sexual mindset, and just learn to try to build a understanding between each other, then we can grow and mature mentally.

First, abandon the terms alpha beta simp and all terminology of that nature

#2 unfollow and unsubscribe to all alpha male channels/pages you subscribe to

#3 Be mature. Learn yourself. Clean up after yourself. Learn new things. Avoid the distractions that we see every day.

#4 Induldge yourself with wholesomeness. There is too much evil in the media that makes us think that everyone acts the exact same way.

#5 Give love without receiving. Give kindness without expecting anything back.

#6 Stop sexualizing every woman. Of course you can appreciate looks, but you have to get out of the mindset of looking at attractive women for only sex.

#7 Do only what you love to do. In your free time, don’t spend it in limbo. You need to attract that positive energy to you in every way possible.

#8 Kill your ego. This is the most important step of all. This can happen two ways, the way in which someone else does it to you, and the way you can kill this yourself. You should look at everything in a neutral sense. You are not better than anyone else, yet also, no one else is better than you.

#9 Take a leap of faith. This is the last step. You are now a new man. Start interacting with others that you normally wouldn’t. Get comfortable with taking a risk in the unknown.

These things may seem random, but they will 100% help you make real, sustainable relationships that are not just surface level. And also. It will make you a better person
