need that switch 2 port
was listening to d'angelo and hunting animals today
My only complaint about this game, and it’s a major one, is the f***ing movement system. There’s no reason to have character speed tied to the X button. It’s so stupid and something that I hope to god they change in GTA 6.
So many parts of the gameplay were a fumble by Rockstar. Clunky movement and combat, animations every time you loot or skin an animal (heard there was an option to turn this off but probably a patch? Don't remember seeing it when I played at launch), you need to be standing in the exact specific spot for prompts to interact with the environment to pop up, having to select your weapons everytime you get off your horse etc.
Sometimes it's worth it to sacrifice realism for the sake of player convenience. What good is your beautiful, realistic game with one of the best stories ever written if it feels like it's fighting against you when you actually play it?
Still a 9/10 game but I hope Rockstar never tries to be THIS realistic again
I get what you are saying but I don’t wanna have to tilt my joystick just to walk fast/jog lmao the system they have is perfect for those type of games it’s not a first person shooter
Exactly lol I don't even get why people are crying about this. Hopefully they will never change that

really amazing game but running at 30 fps is noticeable at some points and pop ins on series x super noticeable
never beat the game before just have 2 days of play time of messing around and online
Not in the story or character department. But maybe in fun
might surprise you.
mf’s didnt expect that RDR2 to have as much depth as it did.
Rockstar knows how to surprise us

Possibly. I knew red dead would be somethibg special. Red dead 1 had more depth to it in spots, rdr2 took that to another level.
Im not expecting with gta because the spirit is in the chaos of it, but I'll be pleasantly surprised if it has layers.

I think the immersion and customization will provide the depth. but you might be right. RDR2 was not just a character study but a whole historical exploration into pre-industrialization and existentialism.
actually youre right, i dont think GTA 6 will touch this game as far as story goes. it’ll have plenty of commentary on 2010-2020s socio-political culture but it wont have alot of depth for morality and philosophy

beat the game!
Finally locking in and finishing this from beginning to end
Remember to take your time tbh. Engage with the side quests, and if you see characters you can interact with while you are traveling on your horse go and talk to them . You never know what type of missions you might end up on
