    There’s this app called Habit Tracker that was one of the catalyst that got me off of p*** during the pandemic (that and the birth of my kid).

    It was like $3.99 for a year subscription that helped me keep track of streaks and relapses.

    I think this is a good example 100% , def requires the buyer to be committed for it to improve QOL, but I think this is probably the best answer to this question all in all even if u need gym clothes or diff shoes etc

    got a used older model kindle off ebay for like 40 bones. i download just abt any book i want wit annasarchive for free and boom done, its mad nice

    i think they're dope af. most ppl alr spend hours every day looking at a screen I cant take em serious when they say they dont fw e-ink displays and only read on paper like okay then whats with your 6hr screen time on phone??? plus im too poor to buy all the books i wanna read AND ion like waiting for s*** to be available at the library. when I wanna read a book I want that s*** asap. can have a new book ready to read in like 5min thats peak right there

    • one of those light attachments for your monitors that shine light right at your keyboard

    My bedside table has a lamp with a red lightbulb in it. I couldnt recommend it more for people who struggle to get out of bed in the morning, its wayyy easier on the eyes after sleeping and messes with your brain less cause no blue light

    trying to limit blue light in general has been really helpful in my life

    Kindle with local library cards on Libby = free books

    Helps save on shelf and room space by not buying as much much physical books
