Oh yeah I'm definitely pretty hyped. I've never heard anyone that disliked this game

Never played any Half Life game. They look old and dated as s*** tbh and not in a good way. I guess I missed it.

Half Life 2 really great game but don't know if it would feel dated or not. sure there mods to help that some but wouldn't recommend it fully I guess. In some ways it is better than most modern first person shooters with varied weapons, mechanics and design

So if Capcom DOES end up remaking 5 (I don’t think they necessarily should) how are they gonna deal with the game consisting of a white dude going around shooting native Africans?

Well it takes place in Africa so predominantly there would be more black zombies but long as they add in other races here & there it should work but regardless there’ll be backlash no matter what

They just don't. It's never gonna get better for them than the situation they have right now.

They're on a string of hot releases using a fresh formula for the series while also remaking their best game ever.

Not even a point in touching 5 and 6. Just focus on the last of the Ethan winters trilogy. Then figure out another formula later on

half life 1 had a fan made remake called black mesa thats on the steam store

RE4 is the game ive replayed the most. I remember every level and just seeing the trailer made me excited for it. I wasn’t looking forward to the remake till this trailer but seeing all those levels in current gen graphic

0 would honestly benefit much more than most of them I’d argue. Don’t think they’ll touch 1 again, let alone if they even should

0 sucks ass, would be cool to see Rebecca and Billy in RE engine but nah worst mainline game right there with 6

Original 0 sucking is more so a reason why 0 could benefit from a remake with the formula they got now, 0 could only be improved upon.

They caught a lot of heat for 5, and had to make a whole character for that game to not look racist (who ironically would never come back) so if they wanted to remake 5, it would need drastic changes. 6 is legit a bad game, and there’s a lot with that game that would need to be moved around as well.

Personally though they really should pause with the remakes

I agree 4 should be the last remake for a while especially with the gameplay additions. If they were to remake 0, 1 or CV they’d have to dial back to re2 remake styled gameplay which wouldn’t make sense and remaking 5 would be dumb imo game is basura

4 should absolutely be the final Remake.
