its none of these things. the only people responsible for whats happening right now are the palestinian armed movement and its revolutionary allies like ansarallah. there's nothing deeper happening here except that the US ruling class waited until the new presidential term to make the ceasefire official. harris would've pulled the same move and tried to throw biden under the bus.
