Well if you set it up as scheduled action on github, you could really have it run like 60+ times a day and still be within the free limits I think, more than that if you set this up on a local machine

the real issue would be on the KTT2 side. You might get rate limited or IP blocked for doing it that often every single day.

also worth noting that if you're using github with a free account, you're scheduled actions are gonna happen up to like 2 hours late, which won't happen if you run this locally
