(also your 2nd reply about Malcolm X). i wrote a page or two ago that it consoles me that with X it wasn't a "what if" / "what he could've been" type situation, because the trajectory was a definite one -undeniable energy. so i find comfort in knowing he would've done amazing things, no doubt in my mind. and yeah X's new seasons as a changed, evolved and overall more positive being (and how this would've reflected in his art) would've been something else
