h0VAI’ve been able to cut out palm oil, canola oil, even soybean oil. Just because it’s hard doesnt mean it’s impossible. Biggest thing is just learning how to cook imo

what oil you use then
mostly avocado oil. extra virgin olive oil sometimes. coconut oil is fine but i never really use it. also animal fats are good too
