I usually cook in butter, if applicable in the recipe

yeah butter is good too, but i cook with high heat a lot so thats why i rarely actually cook with it since it burns easily

It's still too early to determine the severity of it but countries are already implementing travel bans and restrictions. I hope it's nothing major but you never know.

Palmitic acid found in palm oil which is in many different foods promotes metastasis

I'll never forget in 2016, I was at LAX getting ready to board to go to SFO, to visit my gf at the time. I had just gotten past security and was putting my belt on my pants, getting ready to grab my go-bag, when low and behold right next to me was Virgil Abloh.

Mind you at this time he was virtually unknown, but if you were a true Kanye fan you'd know he was.

I was like "Yo Virgil!" and he turned to look at me, surprised that I had even recognized him. Immediately a smile grew on his face. I extended my hand out to shake his and I was like "Bro I'm a big fan of everything you're doing, with the fashion and the music, keep going man" and he complimented the jacket I was wearing.

I was really looking forward to meeting him again one day when I'm established and asking him if he remembered me, cause I'm almost certain he would remember this story, he seemed really nice and humble.

RIP Virgil, sending love to your fam and friends.

Virgil had a unique taste and that magical eye for fashion. I can’t believe this man. I was just saying how people can be here one day and gone the next. Life truly is what you make it and you have to cherish each moment as if it’s your last. RIP

The offwhite dunks remain my favorite pair of shoes

Man back in 2018/19 I paid resell for the off white UNC 1s and it’s still the biggest amount I’ve ever paid for shoes…and because of that, I always had a little regret in the back of my mind so I barely would wear them and was always tempted to sell them

But I’m so glad I kept them and I’m gonna cherish them forever,…gonna wear them all week atleast RIP

And they’re not offwhites anymore they’re Virgils

RIP to that man.I didn’t like the majority of the stuff he made in his life but respect the hell out of him for opening doors for so many, the amount of love he showed to everyone and seemingly just being a very positive guy all around. Having to go through your life the last two years battling cancer like that in secret had to be extremely painful and for him to still be out living life while going thru all that takes an extremely strong person. Will be missed by many and praying for his family and close friends

Was never really crazy into sneakers before Virgil’s “The Ten” collab. His unique take on the redesigning of Nike staples really drew me into trying to get any pair of Nike x OW collab I could get my hands on.

Managed to get this last year and man, will appreciate it that much more. Definitely left an imprint on streetwear/culture.

Never know what battles people are fighting ✨🕊🙏🏽

i know this might be too soon, but i feel like if there’s one person to take up virgil’s place at LV, it would be kanye. out of respect for virgil’s vision and legacy, it just feels right

I feel for virgil and my thoughts and prayers are with his family as an individual i'm sure he was amazing but tbh dude was just a proponent of luxury and materialism.

Though i commend his creativity it still doesn't takeaway from the fact that materialism is a subset of capitalism and ultimately not beneficial towards the greater good

$500+ basic cotton white tees and sneakers made in china in sweat shops selling for thousands of dollars

Not exactly someone i would personally idolize

Been wanting to get my hands on these for a while. I got the white version of these and the white ow jordan 1s

I don’t think knew he was going to change sneaker culture forever with that “The Ten” collection but man it really did.

    True icon
