I did this with my MTB order from them which was also late (2-3 weeks max though) and somehow the day after I finally received a mail with the shipping confirmation

Thing is, they are overrun with inquiries I think. I called them yesterday and a machine voice said that they can‘t handle calls atm because they have to reply to all the emails first
