Ok maybe Witcher is (design part of the open world and how you play it) but gta is not a cookie cutter open world lol. Rockstar legit the only open worlds I enjoy now a days

Relatively empty world just with side quests and objective markers all over the map. Not saying they're bad games but they definitely can't be GOTY contenders using your logic.

Maybe gta 3 and vice city but I’m talking SA, 4, and 5. Those open worlds are full of s*** to do and activities I can still play it to this day.
