I really don’t understand why all this bad s*** keeps happening to me.

I am taking summer classes at my university and I have a $1,000 electric scooter that I have been suing for the past 2 years. Well today once my class was over and came back out and saw my electric scooter was stolen. Now this scooter was locked in the bike rack and someone stole the scooter, my lock, and my pouch of cash/valuables. My pouch wasn’t locked because I didn’t think anyone would rob me in daylight around construction workers. There was tons of construction workers nearby too which got my feeling like one of them mfs took it.

Does anyone know if renters insurance (Geico) will cover electric scooter theft?
