Feb 5, 2022Handsome BachelorPpl excited for Vice City, but honestly that is too similar to the sunny, palm trees of LA to me. I want a different more exotic setting. But it wouldn't surprise me if its VC again as they know that's many ppls favorite entry in the series. I want a change of scenery though. Not a New York type, and not sunny palm trees. Something different and unexpected, like London, Amsterdam. The only way I'll be happy with VC, is if they include part of Cuba, or other surrounding Caribbean islands. Hell even Jamaica would be dope.
My dream woulda been Pacific Northwest USA+Canada. Make it Seattle + Portland + Vancouver + Alaskan wilderness

Feb 5, 2022Handsome BachelorDidnt even consider that. I forgot of course any place they pick gotta have water, it's such a big part of the gameplay. Really kind narrows their choices of where the game can be set though. But there are still tons of cool places than can pick.
I don't want no damn Vice city though man like its rumored to be. They already did that s*** I want something new.

Too bad fans arent smart enough to want this cause everyone screaming for Vice City when reality is they should do a new area time period everything could be present day too but for me the focus should bring back rpg elements

Oh yeah these are all things they have to do. A lot of what Watchdogs announcement trailer promised. I think gamers don't really think about AI in that sense and how it could make it actually feel like a living breathing world.
Really I want AI with memories so like you hit a pedestrian they go to the hospital and they get out. You see the consequences of all actions. So if you are known for getting prostitutes then killing them its reported on etc but I dont know if people want it detailed to that degree

They definitely did but what I meant was these last two instalments have all been a return to a previously established world. I’d love for Rockstar to build a brand new city that the next generation would clamour for like a lot of people are with 6 & Vice City.
Nonetheless, whatever they decide to do will be spectacular and I’ll play it.
My dream location would be Tokyo but a lot of the details of the world they build lies between the pop culture references and social/political commentary Rockstar lace in the game so I imagine something outside of the USA wouldn’t be as authentic.

Forgot about that aspect tbh. I did think about Stone Mountain replacing Mt Trinidad tho.

I think multiple cities seems believable, especially considering how huge Red Dead was. Maybe not as large, but who knows.
Aside from Vice City, there’s still San Fierro and Las Venturas they haven’t revisited. But yeah for me too, it don’t matter cuz imma play it anyway lmao

map isnt going to be huge but will expand and change over time like the fortnite map
