never seen Better Luck Tomorrow so i can't really say, unless you meant to say A Better Tomorrow? if so, then yeah it's a great film and also a great introduction to the Heroic Bloodshed genre that John Woo helped popularize, and The Killer is also a great film (though more on the artier side than Hard Boiled)

given the game runs capped at a steady 30 on native 1440p on the base ps5, I don't think it's out of the realm of possibility for it to get a 40fps mode with the help of the pro's cpu boost

even more likely if they're willing to reduce a bit of the cpu exhaustive features to get a performance mode
