NICEMANMost of their first trailers are like that. 4 just had a bunch of shots of Liberty City with Niko talking towards the end, RDR2 did something similar
I obviously can't say yet because I haven't played it but I feel like GTA 6's trailer showed more gameplay and plot details than those. Lucia being in jail, aquatic vehicles, swamps, the racing and clubbing scenes, social media, wildlife, the protagonists being in a relationship and pulling off missions together. It showed just about as much as the first GTA 5 trailer did
I ain’t gonna lie it’s partially nostalgia of his crazy good the marketing of San Andreas was as a kid with magazines , trailers and pacing . Now with internet can be paying a streamer to play the game when it’s like but I want to play and see mechanics

There is open world vs sandbox and it comes down to ai and stuff what can be done with tools and.l mission structure more than just kill . That’s what I’m hyped for the rpg type s*** lol

Hopefully someone looks at the source code and we can get some cool ass mods.
