It makes sense. If you delay people will be pissed. Just put out the single player which should be finished first, then hit em with the multi-player in 2026

I really hope the reason Dan Houser left was just because maybe burnout of designing yet another GTA(for example RDR2 2 had to have been draining even for them. And maybe he just wants to work on other stuff. Just hope it's not because he feels like the direction of GTA vi is not good and doesn't want to be apart of it. If it's the latter, it's funny because I would think at this point him and his brother would have complete control over everything

dan houser was very vocal after red dead 2 that he didn't want to do a GTA 6 set in the present day because of how absurd modern life is, he thought the writing would be outdated the moment the game released

Interesting. Yeah I never heard that. I've only seen his face and heard him talk like twice maybe lmao. They aren't the most vocal, media happy designers. I feel him though. And that's kind of my issue. Like idk exactly when the game went into development. There's rumors it's was 2013 when V dropped, then I heard 2018 when RDR2 dropped. Certain things may very well be outdated when this comes out. Guess we'll hav to see. Idc though tbh, I just want GTA with RDR2 quality graphics, physics, realism, and especially story. Beefed up even more. But yeah I want a freaking amazing story for once with GTA. Like I want them to take that seriously on this one. 4 had a great story, the best imo of the series, but it has its flaws. SA did too
