plus Hi-Rez had a hero based team shooter out before Valorant or Overwatch or even TF2 with their game Global Agenda (inspired by TF1 and City of Heroes) and they also dominate the third person MOBA market with SMITE lol

Rogue Company almost looks generic but the art style really works.

Valve came with the classes but Hi Rez was inspired by City of Heroes, imagining a shooter where each player is completely unique from the next

Paladins, TF2, Valorant, Overwatch, Rogue Company and more are all games that came undeniably from ideas that those 2 originators coined
