I've heard like 40 of these.

The main theme I get from this list is that a lot of these albums were disappointments from quasi-mainstream artists. Like the Mitski album was decent but eh. I love Rina but that album was mid. The Girlpool album sucked.

Real for Subaru Boys @ 40 (way too high) & Twigs in the top ten, Beyonce got critics and Grammy administration on a payroll.

I don't even think it was a bad idea to go more mainstream, the songs just aren't there and somehow it's less fun than her debut album despite being more pop.

Meanwhile, Natalia Lafourcade and JID were way too low. Like cmon dawg they delivered better efforts than Rina.

Rolling Stone is trying to make up for snubbing Charli on every year list, it only makes sense they put her worst album on here

I maintain that the label must have pulled some shenanigans with the Charli rollout because the singles were not well received for the most part and the rollout was a total disaster then the albim dropped and. Suddenly all the critics were positive and people on Twitter were hyping this s*** up like there was no tomorrow
