neither should be on the list that's the crime
damn you listen to 100 albums better than both of those this year?
I maintain that the label must have pulled some shenanigans with the Charli rollout because the singles were not well received for the most part and the rollout was a total disaster then the albim dropped and. Suddenly all the critics were positive and people on Twitter were hyping this s*** up like there was no tomorrow
Charli has had a pretty cool career arc. Critics just had to catch up
They did the same with Lana, now Taylor
beyonce with yet another placement @atthepyramids
SHES MOTHER ! THESE NIGGAS CANT TAKE HER! SHES NOT YOUR AVERAGE SHOW GIRL!!!!
neither should be on the list that's the crime
Dawn FM absolutely should be, there weren't 100 albums better than that one
Honestly Verymid was worth a couple spins but there's so much better music out there

It's just weird it happened on this particular album which was definitely less good than her previous 2 and her mixtape run

They were cowards and didn't want to put promotion behind songs like Pink Diamond and Claws
Deadass HIFL is my favorite album of the 2020s so far though

also gotta factor in that this one has a way more traditional sound. that hyperpop s*** might sound fresh and new to us and like pots and pans to others.

i mean this was her last album on Atlantic, no? i think it was her idea to "sellout" and it was smart of her to abandon her hyperpop past since that s*** is dead in the water.

Yeah it was a safe and bland album which I guess is what reviews well in 2022
Future 72?
I know this was made by an old white because of Legendaddy at MF 24?
Nigga everyone hated that album, there were like 5 good songs outta 19. The rest were commercial bait.

Yeah the whole rollout concept was just bad imo the whole selling your soul thing to the devil is so overdone and if the songs don't perform well and get called uninteresting it's just not workingn
