I’m supposed to be moving into a condo with a roommate for college (UVA). However, my roommate decided at the last minute to let me know that his girlfriend would be staying with us too.

My move in date is tomorrow and I’m honestly lost as to how to proceed. My mom thinks I should find a different place to stay, but classes start Tuesday. I currently live a hour away from my classes so commuting back and forth will drain my gas my energy, and money.

What should I do? Live with a couple, commute an hour everyday from home, or find somewhere else? I have been searching for other places to stay but it’s hard finding somewhere with the semester beginning next week. Idk what to do
