Arca is a white latino and a trust fund baby. Her interpretation of reggaeton is definition of gentrified.

Arca didn't even start making reggaeton until there was a huge market for it. Not saying she never had appreciation but it's true and she's also never works with any reggaeton artists. Barely even collabs with latinos who aren't white in general so I'd say she's a worse offense than Rosalia.

Spain has been conquered by reggaeton for decades. Of course some artists will make reggaeton since that's what a lot of people in the country listen to.
