I know voodoo & brown sugar get their love but black messiah is one of those albums that could never be replicated or come close to, he was operating beyond music there

I was talking to my boss who brought it up at work and I was on a train of thought like

“Fuck man, he was…”

That just stopped me dead in my tracks, and I had to take a human second to not get choked up

Losing both parents back to back in the span of a few months is heart crushing
