    They did. Feels like they wanted to make Day 2 centerpieces of an already phenomenal game.

    Abby has the rat king, high rise building trek, etc though lol.

    Yea Abby’s Day 2 has so many highlights for sure

    I think the Naughty Dog put more of a focus on stealth for Ellie’s section, and put more of an action focus for Abby’s section.
    So all of the epic set pieces ended up being for Abby .

    They also gave Abby better weapons too , but it makes sense because she’s a soldier

    Abby portion of the game was so goated and the Ellie portion felt like an afterthought they had to make to get ppl to keep playing.

    I genuinely could’ve done without the Ellie parts of the game

    this is insane to me because ellie plays so fluid it’s my fav parts of the game (pure gameplay wise) outside the sniper sequence

  • i can’t remember if the sniper sequence was in day 2 but that’s the best moment in gaming i’ve ever had that s*** was the rawest s*** ever

    Bc the whole thing was them getting to Catalina island by boat the game tells you they depart but doesn’t tell you if there’s anything there or what happens once you get to Catalina island you just know they take the boat there
