Yes, I donāt do it to look better either (tho I certainly donāt mind). Itās just a great release
Iām here for this thread. Sometimes it may seem fruitless but I can definitely say my life has improved over the last few years. Trust the process!
Important step for self improvement is discipline. If you want to achieve something you need follow through otherwise you'll stay in the same spot. Discipline is good for your mind, you'll start taking yourself more seriously.
