How we feelin about Self Help books (the good ones)
Some of them aight but reading a self help book by itself doesn’t mean much if you don’t apply it

Strengthen friendships I already have
Start going out again
Focus on my studies
Gain financial independence

I dont know of its too complex for no reason but I have been coming up with an idea and this is the basis.
Write down all the bad things I do in a day
Come up with the solution
Execute the solutions the next day even if its as simple as avoiding it. One step at a time
had this idea for a while it's really simple but sometimes I just cant execute like this could literally be a way of life imo

i think it’s a great recreational d***, but people really like to down play how negative it can be. if you not right mentally and start using it as a crutch, it’s almost as dangerous as any other d*** tbh. at least in terms of addiction and habits.

Smoked my first blizzy of 2020, and honestly, I actually had fun me and my homie was choppin it up and I was actually engaged in the conVo so I know for a fact I was good enough to smoke. Cuz usually I become a mute
