I’ve been getting better with exercise discipline
And then personally over the past few years I’ve grabbed a hold of my ego. I’ve stopped thinking I need to force all of my opinions on people, especially if it’s negative. By practicing this discipline it’s really helped my mood. Im a less angry person.

idk. I've been gaslit all my life. I have my opinions. I'm not pushing them etc but I hate when people ask me about them. I'm not getting paid for opinions, etc.

i got laid off and it's been hitting me kinda hard. i'm trying to learn how to not tie my self worth to my productivity
i also had a birthday recently and it was bittersweet because i'm not anywhere where i want to be and i feel like i'm not fulfilling my potential. but i'm working on bridging that gap

first off, happy belated birthday and hope you got to spend it with friends and loved ones! if not, just know this place and world appreciates you.
second, i know the job market is tough rn fr. don't be too hard on yourself. hopefully, your resume is cleaned up and you've been applying to places and reaching out to old colleagues for referrals.
but yeah, don't let your job define your self worth. you're worthy and have a lot to offer in a variety of ways outside of working. u got this. your future is bright

not too sure fam, but my best advice would probably just understand the situation you're in and not think the worst immediately. basically have a positive spin on a tough situation if you can.
a good support system (family and friends) can also make this easier on you on tough times.
also, more exposure in difficult situations can build your resilience
