i went Vengeance for my first route i heard things about its story being better but really I just wanted to experience what Atlus considered to be the "completed" SMT5

I played this on switch already. Is it just replaying the game and then playing the new route after?

Or are there changes to the base game storylines and stuff like that?

the canon of creation (OG) and canon of vengeance (SMT5V) are different routes that diverge quite a bit from what ive heard (ive only seen CoV route) plus some extras and QoL stuff for both. Like recently, i found a rare sword that triggered a demon to approach and ask to save it in "another timeline" for me. so, i guess i'll have a new boss to fight if i start the CoC route

did more research and basically seems like I played CoC when the first game came out so I'd just play through vengeance route which has plenty of differences

Kozuka COOKED with SMT V's music. Honestly it's probably my favorite "sound" in gaming music. Maybe not my favorite overall soundtrack, but it's somethin else lol.

it honestly never thought anyone was over at that location after the story took you thru there and it always looked near abandoned from the leyline screen

Believe it's NG+, since you get a key item in one playthrough and use it in the other.

It's an incredibly good and fun game. Do not think you'll be disappointed

i played 5 at launch and loved it, down to restart the journey for vengeance

edit2: never mind tehom was just tanky. got her on my 4th try after i stopped trying to big brain strategize and played by instinct like i did with the other bosses
