But ironically a neighbor trusted me enough to work as a plumber for him barely did a interview
Really some.missed opportunities by not hiring eager teens. They'll probably learn better and be more resilient to bs because they don't know any better.
You hire some adult and they've already got their habits and low expectations so they don't give af from the jump. A teen who doesn't give af just won't work since they don't technically have to.
Ik damn well that was McDonald's one and only chance to hire me cuz I sure as hell won't work there today.

People that have bills to pay are going to demand better pay + benefits while a 14 year old will gladly work minimum wage

Oh im in usa on the west side & you just do applications
Some might have parent consent but not every state requires that nor do most places even do it
Also some states its illegal to work till 16 unless you live on your own but again most places dgaf n will hire
