Just return it, you're gonna regret it if you keep it for base ps4. If you wait for a while it'll be cheaper and the game will run better. I doubt they'll be able to fix it for base consoles so I'd just wait until next gen

Got it for Christmas. Installed all the patches and updates, gonna try it later. Honestly the bugs look hilarious and add more fun in my opinion.

definitely not worth to have rn unless you have a good pc and even then you might as well wait a few more months.

Refunded and waiting for PS5 version. Game right now isn't worth $60, graphically or performance wise

Just got it for Base PS4 too. I haven’t played it yet, I’m at work now but if it’s unplayable, I’ll just keep it until I get a PS5 eventually

i have a launch day ps4 too and i played it for 8 hours yesterday with no real big issues. the biggest one is pop-in but that doesn’t bother me too much and it’s pretty much only when driving. there’s some big frame drops sometimes but not enough to be like irritating. and it looks really good still! not as good as a great pc but def better than the vids i’ve been seeing. i feel like most people are basing it off of what other people are saying and not their experience with it on last gen.

it’s either the brokenness has been overhyped or the patches have been putting in work imo. i say go for it

The unanimous decision is to return it. I know a broken game won't keep me intrigued so I'm either trading it in for tsushima or ff7 when my girl finds the receipt. Thanks yall
