Sounds like you just watched one of those “Learn x language in 30 days, with this one simple trick!” YouTube videos..
Arabic is incredibly difficult to a native English speaker, compared to one of the Latin languages..Start with Spanish/Italian, and then move onto French
Becoming conversationally fluent in a language requires full immersion, and motivation, if you can’t live in the home country..When I was learning Italian, spotify was Italian, movies were Italian, books were Italian. Tutor 2x week

italian is probably the better of the two as a base to learn other romance languages but spanish is more widely spoken so OP’s choice
also ignore anyone who says english is an ugly language, people love to hate. It was Borges favourite and that says it all
Wish I knew French just cause I watch movies in that language a lot. If you have any practical life/work reasons I'd go with that though
Also French is probably the easiest of the 3

Which language do you actually want to learn and see urself learning for years
Don't base it off which one is more useful because 9 times out of 10 ppl who try to learn a language because it's "useful" never end up going anywhere. Esp languages like Arabic/Farsi because it takes years before you get to any kind of decent grasp of the language
