How clean are they? A lot of drama from roommates is usually from one person being a slob. Tbh I would only mind his gf being over if she's eating everything or they're being hella loud or somn, but s*** maybe she can bring a friend or two for you
Care to share experiences?
Was asked to move in with a homie because of a variety of situations which simmered down.
But after house keeping his place while he was gone and cleaning/feeding his cat also realizing what kind of "lifestyle" he was into it kind of made me turn away from the opportunity. That and his girlfriend lives with him and it's Lowkey toxic from what I've seen. She cool tho I have nothing against her. But you do realize what they do on their time off and how they keep things settled. Add your own twist to it and it's a clash of interests if there's no understanding.
Also had another couple homies who one fell out of our group that used to live together. Long story short there was a falling out of best friends from both sides who were also part of our group that put the two in an awkward situation. The one who owned the house wasn't home all the time but when he was it would be a little sour from what I've learned. Both slightly dirtier people so it mixed together. The one closer to us still left that s*** in a mess when he was asked to leave the house.
Depends how you take it
It’s a risk. Better to save money and move independent
You live alone or with roommates? I wonder if I’ll get lonely. I don’t think I want to be alone rn unless I had a long term gf

It just changes the dynamic with a gf
My old roommate had one and it sucked, but we also shared a room
If she does have some friends though, that would be dope
My Friend is pretty clean
My 2nd year housemate was a disgusting slob who would let food mold and barely clean and leave his socks around the living room

Nah never moved in after talking to my parents about it.
Pops told me the same thing "you guys gonna start asking each other to do each other's laundry or cook and it'll make one of you guys fight"
Still knowing how his lifestyle has been the deciding factor. Never looked back at it cause he seems content to living with his girl
