Idk but all of y’all coming out here in mass is making the rent sky rocket. Nothing compared to NYC rent but still.

But seriously, I’d do it if I were you. Any specific questions? I’m in North Dallas currently, like 10-15 minutes from downtown.

    Tough call.

Texas is trash and is about 5 years from civil war. No income tax and lower rent though..

Invest your savings if you move and hopefully relocate to a blue state in a year or two.

    Equity research

I’d consider it tbh. Dallas is becoming an economic hub. I would prefer being there than SA where I’m at but I’m on the retail side. #FA

Texas is a terrible place to live man the blackout/politics/people/infrastructure isn’t worth it

We can change that. And it would transform American politics. It really is the last stand.

Why would you buy anything in Texas knowing that climate change is real

Dallas is quite north of all of the hurricane zones.

NGL y'all kinda ruining my city, Texas as a whole too so tbh go to like Georgia or some s***.

New York is a terrible place with terrible customs. People bring that goofy s*** to Texas and we're already close to capacity ngl.

A lot of these old f***s are realizing Texas is being purple and starting to turn up to make an example. But like our economy/government can't handle all that and they bring that culture war s*** with them too.

To make an example out of all the transplants these old ass white folks are leaning harder into that bigotry and trump s***.

I loved flying into town driving outside of SA seeing all of that losers flags everywhere in Nov 2020. Made me realize how much it pained them. lol.

One thing to note with TX, their real estate taxes are high. And with property values increasing it’s something to pay attention to.
