Well for instance you can look at Britain post war and its adoption of socialist principles by means of nationalising industries and making healthcare free at the point use.

However today with conservative governments privatising a lot of the industry and the country reverting you could argue it become more democratic socialist.

There are plenty of examples in Europe though and if you weren’t being disingenuous you could figure it out.
