its pretty much every (athletic) sport including the ones you mentioned. men are usually faster, taller, etc. and strength still plays a role in sports like soccer

i say no they shouldnt be allowed but the question is where should they compete then? if we make leagues for trans people only theyll be small and probably largely ignored
