Weed is no more harmful than any other thing that is promoted in the world, sugar, alcohol, mindless social media, processed foods. The dosage and frequency of any of these things create the addiction and from that we get negative outcomes. I’d argue for a lot of them an addiction to them leads to worse outcomes than someone being addicted to weed
