ngl ppl r gonna smoke either way, u can find a plug pretty easy even in places where it's illegal. the real impact of legalization is the destruction of local weed economies. if there's a dispensary down the street, u can't rlly trap that sht yfm.

on one hand, it's nice to have moving bud as an option if ur pockets r hurting. also, usually means lower prices n u actually know the dude ur buying from. on the other hand, u run the risk of smoking sprayed sht, and even tho weed dealers r usually chill, it can still get violent. my bro got shot moving bud in north philly last summer, sht f***ed up.
