you can’t just wave a wand and cure mental illness, d*** addiction, or poverty

however it would be easier to pass legislation that prevents these people from procreation and stop the cycle of abuse and violence

i’d rather have people not be born than be born in those types of circumstances

I think there should be an interview process and background checks like they do for people trying to adopt

You literally go through more screening to get a puppy from a reputable breeder than when you have a kid

Just pop out a kid whenever nobody is gonna stop you. No income check, no home recon, no questionnaire, no background check. Really makes you think

Definitively are a lot of people having kids who shouldn’t be haven’t kids just yet but it seems like people are starting to smarten up about it. A lot damage already done tho
