It’s a puzzle in game that’s intended to be suggestive, but the way Bloober framed it and matched it with James expression (which, in the original, James was an incredibly stilted, emotionless character up until the end when certain revelations were revealed) makes its’ intent much more apparent.

Almost contemplative. It might not seem like much, but Silent Hill 2 is an incredibly intricately crafted game, there’s actually a making of documentary on YouTube that goes fairly in depth with how considerate they were with pretty much every little detail.

Biggest problem with this remake being the fact that there’s no way to really play the original unless you have a PS2 because the HD collection literally (and infamously) botched it.

If your gonna play, I think you should play 2 since this is the highlight rn. Then play 1 and then go to 3 since they follow a story.

Playstation has to keep something for themselves and mainline FF should've always stayed PS imo. In other new tho,im just now finding out about this Silent Hill 2 remake it'll actually be my first time playing this game tbh
