I'm not consistent but a good routine many people follow is cleanser -> exfoliating scrub 3x a week -> toner -> moisturizer in that order. Once or twice a week I'll wear a clay mask after cleansing.

Drink a lot of water and put on some sunscreen daily

    exfoliating scrub?

don't physical exfoliate you're causing micro tears in your skin, use AHA or BHA (chemical exfoliators) instead, much better, healthier and stronger

    AM.
Cleanser: La Roche-Posay Toleriane Dermo Cleanser
Sunscreen + moisturiser: some generic spf 50+ moisturiser

    PM.
    Cleanser: same as above
Exfoliant (3x a week): The Ordinary Lactic Acid 5%
    Moisturiser: The Ordinary moisturiser

Super easy and is way better than doing nothing

naw not with the physical beads, the bottle says scrub but the only exfoliator is salicylic acid that exfoliates.

You’re right those physical abrasion are bad for your skin thanks for lookin out

I believe in taking care of myself, and a balanced diet and a rigorous exercise routine. In the morning, if my face is a little puffy, I'll put on an ice pack while doing my stomach crunches. I can do a thousand now. After I remove the ice pack, I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower, I use a water activated gel cleanser. Then a honey almond body scrub. And on the face, an exfoliating gel scrub. Then apply an herb mint facial mask, which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an aftershave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.

I use their hyaluronic acid and niacinamide after toning and before moisturizing in the morning. In the nights I use their plant based squaline after toning (dont need moisturizer on top imo) and then like two nights a week I use their lactic acid after toning (I put moisturizer after the lactic acid).
