but I just use a Sulfur ointment on acne affected areas

Usually POC don’t need completely different skincare routines, however their needs may be different because of what shows vs what doesn’t show.

For example, post inflammatory erythema won’t show on darker skin as much as it will on lighter skin — so that may not be as much of a worry for you.
