Usually exfoliate 2 nights per week (KraveBeauty 5.75% AHA or Paula's Choice 2% BHA depending on what my skin needs) and using SkinMedica 0.25 Retinol Complex 1 night per week. And on nights I exfoliate, usually replace the niacinamide serum with Krave Beauty's Great Barrier Relief serum to make sure my skin barrier isn't getting destroyed.

Apply a couple drops of natural tea tree oil to your body wash when you shower

You can also apply it to a body lotion overnight for a longer duration but the smell of tea tree oil is quite potent although it’s one of the best combatants for acne (especially spot treatments)

What do you guys reccomend for hyperpigmentation due to acne scars?

what yall recommend doing for hands that are drying up from hand sanitization use at work? my hands (mainly outside of hands) has never peeled before but clearly the sanitizer is drying it out

My skin is great two months into that one post where I started using the hydrating cleanser, moisturizer, and exfoliating once a week. Face cleared the f*** up

One question though. Is there a certain way to get rid of dark spots/small scars from acne? Have a few. I heard you were supposed to get this spiked roller and go over it because it makes new skin grow or somethin?

BHA / AHA / Vitamin C or 1% Retinol along with daily sunscreen use are the best way to clear up hyperpigmentation.

You can also look into TO’s Arbutin & Niacinamide serum and Asian brands such as Hada Lobo which have products that contain it.

Arbutin is one of the best whitening/lightning ingredients.

what tips would u give for like a shiny forehead somedays (it depends on the weather and what products i use in my hair) but it’s also like the skin on my forehead is “filmy”

I have combo skin, so my T zone can get a bit oily too. I've found that it's not realistic to 100% get rid of, but these things have worked for me to help reduce and control oil production:

• Using a cleansing oil at night before my regular cleanser to help break down excess oil on my face
• Using BHA exfoliants
• Using product(s) with niacinamide
• Using a water/gel-based moisturizer rather than a thick, creamy moisturizer

I've used Belif Aqua Bomb and E NATURE Squeeze Green Watery Gel Cream and gotten good results with both. The E Nature one especially felt like it was just a layer of water melting onto my face, it was dope. It just takes a while to get here and import costs from korea can be a pain.

I haven't used these myself, but I've read good things about Dear, Klairs Fundamental Water Gel Cream and Farmacy Daily Greens Gel Moisturizer as well
