make sure to use an occlusive (sunscreen/oil/vaseline .. depending on if its day or night) at the end of your routine to lock in all the moisture it makes all the difference

Anyone have eczema?

S*** always makes my skin red but I have this prescribed topical that clears it up within a weeks time

Edit: i should probably clarify that my skin wasnt bad to begin with, and using products actually ended up f***ing it up more for a little while

i will still cleanse and moisturize every so often but other than that i just wash

should really use sunscreen more though

need some help...

been getting a ton of acne on my temples, and a couple on my forehead

heres the thing though:
I dont eat dairy (vegan)
drink plenty of water
rarely wear headwear and if I do im probably skating and showering right after
dont touch my face
change my pillowcases semi-frequently (in the process of buying more so I can change 1x a day)

I currently cleanse in the morning and night, but that's it

any tips on how to prevent these or some fixes I can make/products I can incorporate?
