I been on it for a bit now
rlly simplified my routine too to only cleanser, moisturize, sunscreen + tret
takes a bit to see progress but the results hv been p good
I’ve seen that the biggest concerns are purges caused by irritation but that’s why I’ve been trying to cover all bases with skincare, so that I don’t run into these scenarios
Only concern I’d have is that people that have been using it for a long time say that your skin will peel if you have an animated face or if you open your mouth wide enough or stuff like that
I’ve been using AHA 30 peel for a bit every week and TO’s 2% Salicylic Acid Masque midweek
Can’t really leave them on
Not sure if you’ve used AHA/BHA products before but that 30% is a very strong product for long time users of those ingredients, just be careful with it. It doesn’t take long for it to ruin your moisture barrier.
No, this is more hydrating than anything, can even substitute this for a morning moisturizing if you wanted.
If you want a matte finish, check out ROHTO Skin Aqua Super Moisture Milk.
thx king 🫡
should I avoid ordering it off amazon?

I never go over the recommended timeframe of application
Thanks for looking out

I feel like I had a minor purge if anything, still had some breakouts in between my derm checkups but I feel like they were mostly stress related and due to lack of consistency
you definitely will peel if you aren't moisturizing enough, mainly in more sensitive areas tho
if you take 1-2 day break and moisturize effectively you'll be fine tho

with combination skin id just try it out and see what happens
sometimes ppl that got drier skin skip morning face wash cause it could make it even drier they just use water then instead yk

Thinking about it, I'll probably have to get a facewash cause I feel like water doesnt clean it enough in the morning. Thats why Ive been using shampoo while showering, which is probably not the best thing to use on your face lol. Which one u using?

i use the cerave hydrating cleanser the green one
I need something that heals blemishes and s*** from shaving with razor a black face( i note because our skin more sensitive to that). Considering getting an andis razor to do touch ups instead of cheap store razors
Kiehls really changed the game for me. Also less acne as I got older. Current routine is 🔥
DONT FORGET YOUR HYALURONIC ACID

Current routine
AM:
cleanser
Azelaic acid
Caffeine solution (under eyes)
Moisturizer with HA
PM:
cleanser
Rotate between retinol .2%, salicylic acid or azelaic acid
Caffeine solution (under eyes)
Moisturizer with HA
All the ordinary outside the salicylic acid (paulas choice)
Adding niacinamide between cleanser and azelaic acid
Don't think I respond well to salicylic acid so will probably drop it
added grapeseed oil to the routine. took out jojoba oil. needed a “dry” oil for my oily skin

Combination skin with dry cheeks and oily T-zone
I only use a gentle foaming cleanser at night. I don't really know why it works better for me other than not overly drying my faces and stripping it of its natural oils but I feel like I'm treating my moisturized skin more like my normal skin. If that helps
Switched to d*** store sunscreen from CosRX Aloe Vera
Not seeing much of a difference other than temporary perfume smell and longer drydown but it’s significantly cheaper
