it's literally unbelievably serious, but i know b****in online, especially in this context, is relatively useless if not counterproductive
EltaMD UV Clear Broad-Spectrum SPF 46
This is my favourite sunscreen at the moment, first time not using anything from Japan or Korea & I’m very happy. Features a smooth pump for quick and easy extraction.
Lightweight, not greasy yet still feeling hydrating and most of all it’s incredibly effective. For anyone dealing with hyperpigmentation or scarring, this is a fantastic choice. I will advise it’s on the pricier side.
Oil-free EltaMD UV Clear helps calm and protect sensitive skin types prone to discoloration and breakouts associated to acne and rosacea. It contains niacinamide (vitamin B3), hyaluronic acid and lactic acid, ingredients that promote the appearance of healthy-looking skin. Very lightweight and silky,
Vouch
I use this one and the tinted version. Does a great job of balancing out your skin tone and minimizing the appearance of hyperpigmentation.
Hey! It’s pretty simple these days, I have cut back on a couple of products recently.
I use actives like Tretinoin .5%, BHA 2%, Finacea 15% whenever I feel like I need them but my routine is mostly:
AM:
PM:
I still use other products like Stratia Liquid Gold, Youth To The People Glow Dream Oil, Melano CC & a couple of masks whenever I feel like a need an extra boost but they’re not being used daily like they were before.
It’s always best to keep it simple and listen to your skin, my biggest tip is to focus on hydration. Having a strong moisture barrier will do wonders for your skin.
How many times a week do you use the Mask?

Whenever I need extra hydration, I’d say like 3-4 times, however my routine has changed a lot since that post.
I’ve been loving the Grown Alchemist Body Cream
Yes, the hotel I was staying at in Paris had this so it’s a nice memory token but also because they have a BOGO going on so you could get 2 for $80 which will last you forever.

Tret and no dairy saved my skin
Can't believe it looks so good after so many years of struggle
Thanks to everybody who helped me along the way
Guys i saw a guy on youtube say that honey is super good for washing and exfoliating the skin on your face.
Any thought on this?

Substitutes like honey can provide benefits but at the end of the day you'll get the best results with actual skincare oriented products
Plus you'd like to avoid any form of physical exfoliation of the face and even the body to some extent. The skin of your face is very delicate and physical exfoliation can lead to broken capillaries aka more visible blood vessels and more prone to rosacea/redness
hi ktt fam
does anyone know where I can read up on this in more detail?
trying to delve into it but man the gurus on youtube are unbearable.
have just started double cleansing and using a daily spf but I'm curious about the other options

thanks for the reply!
it's more so about any good blogs/sites that have what products are popular. I know my skin type but have no idea where to start with products.
I've started double cleansing with cerave and use a daily moisturiser with spf but am curious about the other possible skincare routine steps, the products and the purpose of doing it.
