I had it twice last year. The only one i really remember was when I took a nap in the day time and when i woke up, my neck and body locked up. I turned to my desk and there was like some giant red furry thing sitting there. it turned to look at me and then got up to leave my room while it faded away. I closed my eyes for a few seconds and it all went away

Me. Slow motion. Cant move. Hallucinating demons in my room but i cant yell or defend myself. Usually i realize its sleep paralysis after 30 seconds and try to wake up

I had it for a year straight so I got used to it. Eventually my body would give a sign when it was about to happen, so I could prevent it.

Its so weird like I clearly remembered what I had just witnessed when I got up but it didnt feel out of the ordinary and I didnt really question it until a few hours later. Ngl it would be kind of fire to experience it again but the pain of being locked down and unable to move is too much

I had something similar happen. I woke up in the middle of the night and I heard a cat meowing and at the same time there was a motorcycle revving up. Those sounds started replaying over and over. And then while the sound got replayed it also got reversed, slowmo, faster, higher pitched and lower pitched, all at the same time. Ended up sounding demonic af. Honestly didn't even sound like a sound you'd find on earth.

I've only had 3 visual hallucinations and one auditory. The rest nothing ever happened. But never anything actually scary or up in my face like that.

I wouldn’t call it hurt but you feel that pressure pulling you down, no?

i get it pretty often so i can usually snap myself out of it before it starts. when it does happen tho ill usually be paralyzed for a good min and ill see s*** and hear super loud noises in my ears. its something ive always dealt with as a kid so it doesnt really bother me too much anymore.

the worst experience ive ever had was a couple of months ago. i was visiting my parents one weekend and decided to stay the night. i can feel myself slipping into sleep paralysis like normal but then i swear i felt something grab my shoulder.

that was kinda as far as i could remember but my parents told me in the morning they ran into the room that night and found me standing up in the corner of the room screaming and they had to sit me down and make sure i was aight. s*** sounds stupid as f*** but i felt so bad for my parents.

either way ill usually get sleep paralysis when ive been slacking on my sleeping schedule or im just super stressed

Must've been something crazy you saw if you can't even remember what happened anymore. You could try sleeping with a sleeping mask. Can't see anything then at least.

Happens occasionally, I just be stiff and try to focus on moving my toes/fingers
Last few times i felt something grabbing me that was directly a result of my dream

Usually happens when i lay on my back
