Honestly bro, I think indie animators/early internet guys just all got shot in the foot, NO ONE ELSE was giving spotlight like these dudes. Way too many cameos and jokes and s*** that will not be showcased again in such a manner. Hope everyone's ready to be voices in high on life 3 I guess

I feel like in trying to dodge the rick and morty treatment then went in the polar opposite direction too soon and that has its own set of problems. The show didnt explore its full potential and it literally needed just 1 more season to do so atleast.

This ain't even "going out on top" they didn't even hit they final form yet. Season 1 classic, 2 mid, 3 was lowkey based like there was more work to be done

This is just wack. The only problem with "becoming the next rick and morty" is that rick and morty was great at first and got f***ing horrendous really quickly, just at the exact second it became hyper popular. They've already beaten that narrative so I don't get it. Unless "becoming the next one" just means it's really popular? Which, who gives a f***, if the quality is still good?

id watch their video, they never even mentioned rick and morty and just felt like they were burnout of ideas/ exhausted and s3 felt like they did the best they could. Not sure how we can really complain about creators feeling that way about their work

i do agree with the other poster tho that some animators/ crew probably felt a lil blindsided cause they thought they still had work for a couple seasons

The subreddit was getting worse and the fans posting on tik tok too. There were signs. Weird people with no life make adult animated shows their whole personality and project weird stuff attached to a shows brand. The creators themselves are chronically online people and def noticed how weird the fan base was becoming and devolving into

Man who cares. Every good show has its fair share of nerds and super fans thats just how it is.

Would be a cop out and such an elitist reason to cancel the show.
